I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and have lived most of my life in California. For the past 23 years I’ve made my home in beautiful, sunny Carlsbad.  We chose to live here because of the relaxed lifestyle, the numerous recreational choices, and the award-winning school system.  The beautiful San Diego coastline boasts miles of sandy beaches and arguably the best year-round climate anywhere.

Melissa, my wife and partner, and I have been married for thirty-three years and have two college-aged children, Andrea and Derek.  Both are working while pursuing their degrees; Andrea, a communications degree; Derek, a business degree.  Stitch, dachsund and chihuahua mix, is our family pooch.

Besides helping clients achieve their real estate goals, we enjoy ballroom dancing from salsa to swing.  We take Jazzercise® classes, have weekly visits to the beach, and love entertaining at home with our family and friends.  We attend Daybreak Community Church and are active in leading a small group and are mentors to engaged couples considering marriage.  We also teach a marriage class that helps couples identify their unique communication styles. 

Helping our clients and developing relationships with them has been both fulfilling and rewarding.  I have come to realize that my career is more of a calling which allows me to touch the lives of others.  We truly enjoy guiding and helping people achieve their goals.  We love what we do!
