It was 5 years ago that I used Eugene Adan to manage my property in Vista. With only 2 weeks to move out of my house and get renters in, Eugene was well networked to find a suitable tenant. He knew how to stage the house, was respectful on the times best to show the house and had good judgement on who to rent the house to. Needless to say, he was able to get someone to rent out our property in two weeks and avoided me from paying a mortgage. He managed our property very well. He was a good filter between our tenants and myself. He would only bring matters to my attention if they were urgent or that needed my decision.
